3 Ab Exercises to Try At Home
Here are 3 ab exercises for you to try at home. It’s one thing to have abs that look great, it’s another to have strong abs that perform.
The first ab exercises is the easiest of the three, but try repreating 20x on each side.
In the second, Elaine actually has ankle weights on, but I think you will find this is a difficult enough exercises in itself. Try repeating 20x.
Finally my favourite, although a bit harsh on the girls because it also demands upper body strength is the oblique rotations. Again try 20x each side.
If all 3 are easy for you – congratulations! Just repeat as a circuit 2-3x.
