Why Exercise At Home?
Home Fitness is the only way many are going to fit exercise in nowadays. It’s a very real option if you know what to do, because you don’t need expensive equipment or crowded gyms to get fit. And it’s something I’ve got pretty good at spending time in southern Spain where the gyms are poor.
My name is Noel Lyons and I’m an experienced and much sought-after Exercise Expert. I’ve now brought all of my home fitness resources under one roof (membership site, blog, You Tube channel), giving you immediate access to extremely effective and FUN exercises that will put you at the top of your game (mentally + physically) in minimal time, using next generation fitness training, coaching methods and a few little extra tricks I’ve picked up along the way. All the home fitness information you will ever need … in easily digestible practical formats.

Why Should You Listen To Me?
I’m a former GB Triathlete, with 20yr in the fitness field, across 8 different countries.
Co-Author of the best selling “The Power of Champions“, I hold a Bachelors degree in Physical Education (Birmingham University, UK), a Masters degree in Exercise + Health Science (Bristol University, UK) and various fitness industry certifications.
I was the original Chelsea Harbour Club Fitness Manager. There I got to advise and support royalty, sporting professionals, numerous celebrities & highly successful business people. An amazing experience for a 25yr-old!
I left to become an Exercise Physiologist with BUPA before spending 2yr with Technogym (Europe’s largest manufacturer of exercise & fitness equipment) as the UK Education Manager. There I instructed Fitness Instructors throughout England, Scotland, Wales and Ireland on exercise + fitness training (within the leading health clubs). Plus I got to assist several Premiership football clubs in the early days of player fitness & conditioning. Clubs included Liverpool, Newcastle, Middlesbrough, Man City and Charlton.
Since 2002 I have helped 100’s of busy people as a freelance mobile Personal Trainer, by providing them with safe, effective exercises in the comfort of their own homes (+ outdoors) … and I also have a regular fitness column with Inside Out Health Magazine

BUT this Site Isn’t Designed Around Me … !
It takes a certain mindset to stay lean, live a healthy lifestyle whilst enjoying the “good” life too etc Much depends on who you allow to influence you on a daily basis. This is where I welcome you to comment and expand upon ideas presented in the posts, to support and enrich others. You see I believe you can often benefit as much from the comments within the posts as you can from the post itself.
That’s why I encourage you all to interact and answer questions by getting involved within the comments section of the blog area. It will look as if your comment gets posted on the blog, but if you come back to that post…your comment will look like it “disappeared”. Don’t worry, it will be in a holding spot for me to moderate before it shows up on the site. Comments get moderated within 12-18 hours (sometimes it is much quicker than that).
